We are looking for a person who is passionate about pursuing a career in operations, business analysis, and/or project management. In this role you will be supporting the Delivery Operations team to help maintain and enhance our staffing process for new and existing projects as well as participate in a variety of strategic initiatives. This role has the opportunity to grow into a consulting and/or project management role.

Key Activities
– Coordinate with delivery leaders on pipeline of projects and respective resource requirements
– Support operations team in project creation and staffing, project closing, staff utilization and interface to Finance team, Project Management Office team, etc. .
– Create and maintain reports and analysis for team utilization, project margin and other key business metrics
– Attend & lead internal project team kickoff and sunset review meetings. Document next steps and address action items as needed
– Engage in regular touchpoints with members of the Delivery team to support the customer culture, provide engagement updates, and collect information related to performance goals
– Contribute to onboarding process- help with internal Kick Off preparations, schedule Kick Offs and pre-planning meetings, etc.
– Analyze data and produce operational reports using excel, visualization tools, databases, etc. reports on client and internal projects for tracking purposes.
