Vice President, IT – Global Sales, Marketing and Customer Care, Remote

Introduce company services to new prospects/clients through networking, calls, referrals, presentations & sales campaigns.
Directly manage the daily efforts of a team of B2B marketers focused on content and digital marketing, social media, sales enablement and lead generation
Ability to identify and qualify sales opportunities within medium to large-sized Enterprises
Drive continuous improvement across the business unit, seeking opportunities to apply knowledge, skills, products and services to improve business processes and the end user experience
Responsible for sales targets by using online marketing channels for client acquisitions
Responsible for lead generation, RFP, negotiation, on-boarding and account management of clients
Provide regular forecasts to the management of current and pipeline opportunities
Manage relationship with Independent Sales Representative channel partners, including training, proposal management, joint customer presentations etc.
Able to manage the entire pre-sales cycle and client expectation management
Formulate Strategy and Planning for Business Development
Ability to write or source content for marketing collateral
Ability to close deals using e-mails, phone, and web conferencing
Ability to manage and care the customers at all level
